It is a testament to a well-designed training that I am now feeling withdrawal symptoms a day after it has ended. The 5 day training, ‘The Art of Crucial Conversation’ was one such experience. My compliments for the balanced UX design and a passionate delivery. It helped me introspect further and I was able to answer a very important ‘why’ for myself very effortlessly.
